SAINT-EUSTACHE - Human Resources Coordinator

You will work closely with the Director to support HR activities across our four branches and promote an organizational culture focused on the employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a quality candidate journey
    • Participate in the implementation of recruitment strategies (job posting, sourcing)
    • Improve selection tools
    • Evaluate applications
    • Conduct phone interviews
    • Coordinate and/or participate in in-person interviews
    • Validate background checks
    • Carry out required follow-ups
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees
  • Prepare and update employee files
  • Coordinate annual performance reviews and end-of-probation evaluations, ensuring proper follow-ups
  • Participate in benefits administration
  • Prepare various documents (employment contracts, job descriptions, employment confirmation letters, organizational charts, etc.)
  • Record all training activities for compliance with Law 90
  • Participate in health and safety file management
  • Draft certain internal communications (e.g., birthdays)
  • Contribute to organizing corporate events
  • Collaborate on various HR projects (e.g., surveys, HRIS implementation, etc.)

Job Qualifications

  • College diploma (AEC) or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
  • Member of the Chartered Human Resources Order (an asset)
  • 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Excellent command of French, spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of English, spoken and written, in order to serve employees in Ontario
  • Strong interpersonal skills
