ST-EUSTACHE - Broker and Customer Success Manager

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Broker and Customer Success Manager is responsible for delivering an optimal financing experience to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, email and in-person inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
  • Understand customer needs and requirements by asking pertinent questions and listening attentively
  • Recommend appropriate financing options based on the customer's situation
  • Qualify customers for financing
  • Provide accurate information about the various used vehicle models available to meet the customer's budget and needs
  • Enter data into CRM system
  • Work with the team to complete transactions and ensure smooth delivery of vehicles to customers
  • Follow up with customers as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years sales or consulting experience
  • Automotive or credit industry experience (strong asset)
  • Fluency in written and spoken French
  • Good listening skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Technological skills
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Results oriented

Working Conditions

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Monday through Friday schedule, including one evening per week and one Saturday (10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) per month that may be telecommuting
