Reporting to the Sales Director, the Broker and Customer Success Manager is responsible for delivering an optimal financing experience to customers.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, email and in-person inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and requirements by asking pertinent questions and listening attentively
- Recommend appropriate financing options based on the customer's situation
- Qualify customers for financing
- Provide accurate information about the various used vehicle models available to meet the customer's budget and needs
- Enter data into CRM system
- Work with the team to complete transactions and ensure smooth delivery of vehicles to customers
- Follow up with customers as needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years sales or consulting experience
- Automotive or credit industry experience (strong asset)
- Fluency in written and spoken French
- Good listening skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Technological skills
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Results oriented
Working Conditions
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday through Friday schedule, including one evening per week and one Saturday (10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) per month that may be telecommuting
