Charging extra for something you do not want, they keep on charging me with ICEBERG. emailed them a lot of times to cancel it and no reply. Got a car with them last feb the sunroof was broken, they scheduled it at their shop which they said they cannot fix and they will have it fix with volkswagen until now they have not contacted me.
