The Logistic Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating the overall delivery of vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the logistics of transporting the company's vehicle inventory
- Lead and oversee the car jockeys and drivers
- Coordinate vehicle reconditioning by allocating them based on the capacity of our partner mechanical workshops
- Plan and coordinate vehicle movement according to the company’s needs (between dealerships, body shops, mechanical workshops, detailing, SAAQ)
- Keep the logistics management software up to date to track inventory location
- Issue release
- Ensure vehicle deliveries to customers are carried out efficiently and on time
- Address customer issues or complaints promptly by informing the relevant staff to provide optimal service
- Approve requisitions and timesheets
- Ensure a shuttle service for customers
- Prepare keys and schedule vehicle presentations according to appointment times
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Management experience (an asset)
- College diploma
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Fluency in spoken French
- Basic knowledge of spoken English
- Strong problem-solving skills
